A trip to Atlanta

We took a trip down to Atlanta for Aunt Michele's 70th birthday party!  On the way down, we stopped in Cleveland, GA to go to Babyland General Hospital:  Birthplace of the Cabbage Patch Kids.  The girls eyes couldn't have gotten wider when we walked in--millions of baby dolls at their fingertips!  We told them they could pick out one doll and their choices were endless.  We witnessed a baby being "born" and Shaina even named the baby "Gracie" which is to be sold there.  After the girls adopted their baby (read: we paid for it), they had to take an oath to promise to love and take care of their baby.  Then the babies had check ups done by the "nurses" and we walked around and looked at all of the older dolls.  It was such a special time for all of us and I'm so glad we had the opportunity to do this as a family.

The rest of the weekend was dedicated to family.  The girls loved playing with their cousins and we enjoyed celebrating Aunt Michele.  The party was fantastic and the whole weekend was really nice.  Happy Birthday, Aunt Michele!!
