Usually we go to Mt. Airy for Thanksgiving, but this year Dani's parents hosted. Our family has been having Thanksgiving together for over 40 years with the same group of 40-50 people. It just gets better and better every year and this year took the cake. The weather was perfect, the food was delicious, and the company was so much fun! We start around noon with everyone bringing an assigned dish or two and we eat and eat and eat and eat. Then we take a little break for our annual family photo, maybe play a game of football (or watch football), then eat some more. This year did not disappoint. Shaina was off on her own playing with the younger cousins and charming the older ones. Mira had a great time, too, smiling and giggling with everyone.
